Limited first tomatoes. Cut flowers, honey, blueberries, raspberries,  

limited currants.  

5 kinds of garlic, garlic scapes, juicy lettuces, kale, chard, greens,radishes, herbs,some squash, .

Mushrooms, broccoli, snow&sugar peas.

Beef, pork, rabbit, lots of charcuterie 

Limited eggs.  

Goat cheese, Pa raw milk artisan cheese, Ohio aged cheddar 

Potted plants, heritage seedlings, Mediterra bread.

Lemongrass and Lemon Thyme; healthy herb plants galore, 24 varieties of culinary herbs. Beets, kohlrabi, radishes, lettuces, head, butter, escarole, endive, romaine, young onions, green onions, 5 kinds garlic, garlic scapes, broccoli, sugar and snap peas.

New Standards: All meat animals must now be raised on organic or CNG land.   

Rose Ridge organic beef, Pam's rabbits, Heilman's cross-breed pastured pork. Chops, bacon, steak, ham slice, ground pork. Horizon Hill beef, W. Liberty Farm chickens will be back next week.
